Town Board accepts North Ridge subdivision road and authorizes repairs

Town Board · Meeting of March 18, 2026

NY SULLIVAN — Sullivan Town Board approves North Ridge road and $3,516 building project change order. Supervisor Thomas Daviau and Councilors Kerry Ranger and Jeff Martin unanimously approved acceptance of the North Ridge §5 subdivision road and authorized town signature on necessary legal documents. The Board also unanimously approved Change Order #1, not to exceed $3,516, for repairs discovered during State Trooper/EMS Building construction: rotted structural area, missing soffit baffles, and leaking hose connection.

Developer Tom Oot's request to extend the lighting district along Route 31 requires formal petition under New York State Town Law; the Board will hold public meeting and obtain National Grid estimates before proceeding.
