NY SULLIVAN — Sullivan Planning Board approves three applications in routine February meeting. The board unanimously approved execution of a subdivision map for Harbour Town Phase II, with the developer having posted $175,000 in letter of credit for road improvements; approved a storage building for Fisher Bay LLC with planted screening; and approved a lot line adjustment for John R. Wilson.
Two special use permit applications, for a chicken coop at 152 Washington Avenue and a storage tent at 8964 Green Road, were referred to a public hearing scheduled for March 3. Code Enforcement Officer Larry Ball reported that a shed violation at the Green Road property has been corrected, though the applicant must still submit architectural designs.
