Sullivan Planning Board approves solar, home business; schedules three public hearings

NY SULLIVAN — Sullivan Planning Board approves solar, home embroidery business applications. The Sullivan Planning Board unanimously approved a ground-mounted solar installation proposed by Marshall Henry at 308 Deep Springs Drive and a special use permit for Virginia Jordan's home embroidery business at 7833 Gee Road. The board also unanimously approved updated plans for GPO Federal Credit Union at 1372 Route 5 West.
Three commercial applications advanced to public hearing on August 4: an ice cream shop proposed by Jeff and Mary Anne Cerio at 350 State Route 31, a take-out bakery by Rebecca Lynn Rivers at 1376 State Route 31 operating 4 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday through Friday, and a second storage building by Fisher Bay LLC that would include operations of a plumbing business by Larry Belucci.
