NY SULLIVAN — Sullivan approved an out-of-district sewer connection agreement for the Barbagallo property. The Town Board voted unanimously to allow the property owner to connect to the Bridgeport Sewer District, with a $1,500 escrow deposit and construction of a two-inch sewer main extension along Lake Hills Road. Town Attorney John Langey oversaw the agreement, which dedicates the infrastructure to the Town and Sewer District for potential future connections.
