NY SULLIVAN — Planning Board approves credit union site plan with lighting and culvert updates. The Sullivan Planning Board unanimously approved updates to the GPO Federal Credit Union site plan at 1372 RT. 5 W, including culvert replacement approved by the state Department of Transportation and New York State, and new exterior lighting. The Board also scheduled a June 11 public hearing on Edward Atkins' application for a 24-by-46-foot garage at 8964 Green Road, with the applicant agreeing to install a dry well for roof drainage.
The Board continued discussion on Lakeview Meadows multi-lot subdivision, seeking further coordination with the Town Engineer regarding construction traffic concerns on Wilson Point Road.
