Planning Board approves antenna, credit union branch; tables storage plan

NY SULLIVAN — Sullivan Planning Board approves wireless antenna and credit union branch applications in January meeting. The board unanimously accepted a negative SEQR determination and granted requested waivers for a Verizon small cell wireless antenna installation on an existing pole adjacent to 437 State Route 31. GPO Federal Credit Union's conversion of a medical office at 1372 Route 5 West into a credit union branch was also unanimously approved, with applicants Dan Berkhoudt and Todd Kogut presenting updated site plans and drainage protocols.

The board tabled a Fisher Bay LLC storage-building proposal for Harbour Town residents pending a landscaping and screening plan after neighborhood residents raised concerns about visual impact on nearby residential properties.
