Planning Board · Meeting of April 7, 2026

NY SULLIVAN — Planning Board advances Lakeview Meadows subdivision review and directs storage building applicant to ZBA. Rick Myers updated the board on the Lakeview Meadows subdivision on Wilson Point and Black Point roads, reporting submission of traffic, wetland, and stormwater pollution prevention studies to Barton & Loguidice; Town Attorney John Langey will investigate establishing a drainage district. The project will proceed to Department of Environmental Conservation review.

Gary Cappon's request for a 960-square-foot metal storage building on Shackleton Point Road was referred to the Zoning Board of Appeals for a required area variance. The board declined a public inquiry regarding the sale of a paper road at Brentwood Road, determining the town should retain the property.
